A: If you have ordered a ready size and need another size, we can exchange the piece subject to availability, provided the garment being returned is in perfect condition with the labels and tags intact.
B: If you have customized your order and the garment is as per the measurements provided but still needs minor alterations, we will undertake them. Shipping for your end will have to be borne by you and we will bear the shipping at our end. The garment being send back should be in perfect condition with the labels and tags intact.
Do note that exchange and alterations will only be possible within a week of the product being delivered.
